PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE – Lasting Power of Attorney and managing someone else’s affairs

You might want to manage someone else’s affairs because they are:

  • ill or disabled, either temporarily or on a long-term basis.
  • out of the country for a while.
  • unable to make decisions for themselves, because of mental illness or other reasons.

Would you like to know more about Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)?
Do you need to make decisions for someone else?

Session will cover:
What is an LPA and why would I need one?
How and when can it be used?
How do I set up an LPA?
Advanced Decisions what are they and how do they interact with an LPA?
Are there other way to manage someone’s affairs?

Please call 02392 851864 for more information.

This is a free event for unpaid/informal carers only.
