Room One: Loved Ones Group 15th September EVENING

This evening session of the Loved Ones Group runs from 5.30pm – 7.30pm, on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.

Supporting someone who’s autistic or neurodivergent? 

This is a safe, informal space where you can connect with others who truly understand. Everyone attending has lived experience, and we know how important it is to feel heard and supported.

No pressure, no judgement – just friendly faces, shared understanding, and the kettle’s always on!
