Different Strokes DISC (Drop-In Stroke Club)

This group is for younger, and younger minded, stroke survivors and carers.

This group is held at Buckland Community Centre, Malins Road, PO2 7BL

This group is held every Thursday from 2pm to 4pm.

DISC is a drop in service that aims to offer somewhere for stroke survivors to meet up in a relaxed atmosphere and also give carers an opportunity to meet with others in the same circumstances.
