This group is for individuals with Parkinson's disease and their carers

This group is held at the Mountbatten Leisure Centre

This group is held every Friday at 10.30am to 12pm

An active, sociable group with members up to age 80. Friday meeting for a coffee and a chat with subsidised access to the gym with a dedicated Parkinson's aware trainer.
