To celebrate Portsmouth 100 we are continuing to act on the theme of Carers Week 2026 and invite local community groups, businesses, healthcare organisations and social venues to pledge an action to help to create a carer friendly community in Portsmouth.

Carer friendly communities can be created anywhere carers live, work, study or spend time, and small actions really do add up.
