Portsmouth Carers Centre
Portsmouth Carers Service team is based at Portsmouth Carers Centre. There is access for wheelchairs and pushchairs and an accessible toilet on site. If you have any questions or special requirements, please contact us ahead of your visit so we can help make sure you are comfortable and we have staff on hand to assist if required.

Please note – although our address is listed as Orchard Avenue, our front door is on the opposite side of the building on Francis Avenue.
Visiting by Foot/Cycle

Visiting by Bus
The closest bus stops are on Goldsmith Avenue, just by Lidl. These are approximately a 2-3 minute walk away.
The westbound stop (on the same side of the road as Lidl) has these services stopping:

Visiting by Train
The nearest train station is Fratton. There is a footbridge from the station onto Goldsmith Avenue. It is approximately a 7-10 minute walk away.
Visiting by Car
There are two disabled parking spaces on the street, right outside our front door on Francis Avenue. The other parking in the surrounding streets, it is mainly residential permit parking. This is free to park in except between 4pm-6pm when it is residents only.
Portsmouth Carers Centre is open to the public.
We are available for drop-ins however we recommend making an appointment to ensure a member of staff is available for you to speak to.
Monday to Thursday – 9am to 5pm
Friday – 9am to 4.30pm
Saturday and Sunday – Closed
